WARNING: LoD for Colorize Masks still doesn't work! It should handle
the caching somehow, therefore LoD is disabled for colorize masks
using the config.

To fix the problem one should encapsulated the cached prefilter device
with the booleans about its "dirtyness" on all the LoD levels.
