This also adds an offset parameter for when you want to renumber
frames from a given startpoint on exporting.

We should drop the avTranscoder dep in the end. It doesn't support
image filtering in a proper way.

This patch also introduces an environment variable, add this line
if you want the set of PNG images be kept undeleted after the
encoding:

KRITA_KEEP_FRAMES=1 krita

No configuration GUI yet. It just saves with the default options :)

This makes krita look in the same place for local and installed
templates. This commit probably needs thorough testing on OSX
and Windows.

This wrapper has a fallback for mimetypes that Qt doesn't know about,
and which we cannot reliably add to the share/mime on Windows and
OSX. For now, these patterns are hard-coded in KisMimeDatabase, but
they should come from the import/export plugins. The problem is that
they then should be defined in the .json files, and those aren't
translated yet.

    the BatchMode flag is a progressbar suppressor flag now for the import/export plugins to avoid parallel progressbar usage
    better progressbar support for the csv import/export plugins and for the animation sequence import/export (with cancel)
    a new cancel button added to the progressbar
    new functions for KisDocument() to create correct progressbar environment for file import/export
    error messages for the user cancelled file operations
    new KisImageBuilderResult.h header instead of the multiple similar KisImageBuilder_Result enum declarations

This exposed a bunch more places where our promiscuous include_directories
led to a mess...

Now we have both fullClipRange() and playbackRange(). The former one
defines the set of frames that will be exported (and played by default),
and the latter one defines what frames will be played, when a play button
is clicked.
