resizeColumnsToContents gives bad results here, just resizing

Hack for making build with CMake 2.8 and Ninja · c8ef0aab
      Kevin Funk authored
CMake 2.8 creates faulty build.ninja files if a path contains spaces.
This leads to an error when ninja is invoked later on.

Fix environment-cd for paths containing spaces. · f455ae9f
Nicolas Werner authored and Milian Wolff's avatar Milian Wolff committed
Problem: GDBMI only accepts paths containing spaces if they are in
double quotes otherwise cd will fail.
Solution: Add prepend and append double quotes to the dir string
      instead of using KShell::quoteArg.

Refactor the custom defines and includes plugin. · eb06a177
      Milian Wolff authored
The compiler provider is not a plugin anymore, but a library that
is used in multiple places. In KF5, when the KCM is also not a
plugin anymore, we can merge all three together into one single
      plugin .so.
For now, this move already simplifies the logic tremendously and
removes a lot of boilerplate code that was required to access
      the CompilerProvider/SettingsManager from various places.
Note that the distinction between CompilerProvider and SettingsManager
is also pretty artificial. I plan to merge the two classes together
and futher clean up the code then. There is a one-to-one relation ship
after all between these two classes.
In addition to the above, I cleaned up the code wherever I noticed
any opportunity for that. There are probably more places for that.

Fix assertion about unknown projects in the IDAIM. · e2a67c97
      Milian Wolff authored
The problem was that projects opened before the IDAIM plugin gets
      initialized where never added.
To add these in the ctor (synchronously! otherwise we get races),
we must restructure the code a bit. It is notoriously overdesigned
and really should be simplified. Why is the CompilerProvider a plugin?
Why is there ICompilerProvider? Why the distinction across so many
      Well, more work for later.

Change precedence of default include paths · 7b928873
      Aleix Pol Gonzalez authored
The include paths provided by the build manager have more precedence than
      those from the compiler.
Otherwise it's impossible to reach some libraries, if they are already
      provided by the system.
      This leaves:
      1. user
      2. build-manager
      3. compiler
