Use default scheme option of KColorSchemeManager if available · 5634d3a8
      David Redondo authored
Since KF 5.67 Kcolorschememanager has a system theme option that reacts to system
theme changes so we don't need to read the system color scheme if the user didn't
      set a custom scheme.

Read the global color scheme name from its file · 03bed527

Adds the same fix as in kde/kate!46. KColorSchemeManager operates on the user
visible Scheme names. They can generally differ from the names of the *.colors
files which are saved in kdeglobals. To correctly select the global active scheme
we have to read the name from the file.
