When starting Plasma the bridge pushes an annoying desktop notification
I tested zoom from AUR with the bridge, and it worked great (didn't work with flatpack zoom thou). I used a desktop file and put it to autostart.
The only issue I have with the app is that it always pushes a desktop notification that it's running in the background, alongside with an error sound ("something unusual happened with the app" sound). This is acceptable when launched manually from terminal once in a while, but it looses its sense when it's in autorun. By the way, the app is not visible on the app list, so I had to find the desktop manually.
As I understand, the autorun will be the default for most users.
I don't want to see this notification and error sound every time I launch my system. That's highly annoying.
EDIT: I noticed that in the desktop file, there is a line:
StartupNotify=false
I get notification nevertheless. Moreover, the visual notification hangs infinitely until I manually close it, so it's double annoying.
EDIT: Thanks to this fix: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=457672 there is no sound.
Since that was a flatpack issue, what about the notification? Is this also a flatpack problem?
