Plasma 5.20 offers a feature that you can schedule to wake up an
application and call a specific method exposed to D-Bus
org.kde.PowerManagement interface. Calindac now checks if such a feature
exists and uses it to check for alarms available. Otherwise, it fallbacks
to the timer approach.
