Make LIghtness Strength care about opacity

In colorsmudge brush opacity slider is basically a master selector
that changes all the properties of the brush at the same time. It
feels like it should also affect the heightmap painting layer,
otherwise the result looks a bit weird (the color is changed very
subtly, but the heightmap is modified as if you press the brush
with full strength)
