Consider having a page for publishing to Microsoft Store in develop-kde-org
I'm not yet sure if the best place for this should be develop-kde-org or if it should be kept in the wiki.
The plan would be to merge https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/MicrosoftStore and https://kate-editor.org/post/2019/2019-11-03-windows-store-submission-guide/ into a single page, then make it available under https://develop.kde.org/distribute/.
Whether the result should be in develop-kde-org, it's a good idea to link to it in Distribute anyway.
