Readd instructions about code highlighting

Ashark added a feature where you can highlight code, which is exceptionally useful to show code additions/changes to the reader: !401 (merged)

Melissa addressed the remaining color contrast issues involved with it: !459 (merged)

But when I was making an MR for someone else I accidentally removed the instructions during my rebase: !415 (diffs)

We need to add those back.
