*) Reworked that API a bit to allow for saving and restoration of those

*) Made the settings apply to all playlists
*) Also fixed prompt the user and ask him if he really wants to remove
   playlists
*) Also, resort after renaming a playlist
*) Added Edit RMB menus to the playlists
