Indeed, by popular request, I present OggVorbis tagging support.

Everything that is supported by JuK for ID3 is currently supported for
OggVorbis.  Tomorrow I will move around the "AudioData" stuff so that
OggVorbis file data is accurately read (length, bitrate).
