Two changes are needed to be compatible with KNewStuff > 5.62:
- the installItem call now requires two arguments (previously this with
  only the first)
- binding the items model to the engine property does not work anymore
  but binding it directly to the engine object solves the issue

Note that this is a runtime only issue because QML methods are used.
However, this patch increases the minimal required version to 5.63 for
all frameworks, which shall help to ensure a functional KNewStuff
version being present.

Not needed anymore after recent changes.

This major refactoring introduces an interface for the resource
repository. The interface is a first step towards a much looser coupling
between the internal classes. Specifically, I will be used to allow
an easier exchange between a training repository and a contributor
repository.

For now, the old resourcemanager will stay until it is fully replaced
by an implementation that is compatible with the IResourceRepository
interface.

Rebuild the main UI logic based on the Kirigami 2 framework to provide
a common look and feel with other KDE applications and remove code
duplication.

The KDeclarative dependency is too heavy when porting to mobile
plattforms like Android. Hence, this patch takes the only used
class from KDeclarative, namely the QtQuick QIconItem component, and
embeds it within the application specific components.

Instead of using external scripts, now the editor allows
to generate export archives for courses. By this, the
generation is intelligent enough to exclude all empty
phrases.

Can be removed once the minimum cmake-version is high enough such that
no distinction between old and new behavior is needed anymore.

KIO was used for exactly one dialog that has to be set at most once (and
never by a user). We can also create that dialog by hand.

Not needed anywhere.

Just to avoid claiming we have tested it.
