When hovering over progress bar phrase symbol, show what is the name
of the target phrase.

Enable initial learner profile support in Artikulate. This allows
users to set their favorite languages. Later the learner profiles
will be used for statistics as well as cross-language learning
progress information.

When profile without favorite languages is selected, unset language.

Introduce new home-brewn checklist qml item that is tailored to the
needs of this list view.

Use individual qml component for language favorite settings.

Commit refactores qml file structure and performs code cleanup.

Set highlighting accordingly to the currently selected profile.
