In case the specified backend executable is not an executable, show the path of the file in the warning and not the name of the backend.

different backends doesn't fullfil some requirements. Also, some more
cleanup in the code in the touched files.

Summary:
Some current methods in the Cantor code are obsolete.

1.Compile Cantor (compilation should end without warnings with Qt 5.13).

  - Now, all installed backends showed, even disabled
  - For backends with missing requirements, Cantor shows information from backends, about what user needs to do to enable backend.
Also increase soversion of Cantor library, because we break ABI.

Now, Cantor is using K_PLUGIN_FACTORY_WITH_JSON and the
plugins are installed in different directories of Qt
plugin system:
    * backends are in cantor/backends;
    * assistants are in cantor/assistants;
    * panels are in cantor/panels;
The metadata now are using .json files and they are
inserted in plugin. .desktop files were deprecated
except by the libcantorlibs plugins - there are
.desktop files yet, but they are converted to .json
files during the build.
