[Octave] Move plot commands info to graphic_packages.xml according new functionality of GraphicPackage

Extend functionality of GraphicPackage: add posibility for not good, but workable method of tracking plot by command contents

[T9024] Improve tabulation handling in Command Entries. Now the tabulation works like tabulation in code editors.
- Tabulation in the begin of line works propper
- Added backward tabulation
- Added multiline tabulation

  - Add new GraphicPackage class for working with external graphic packages in different backends
  - Add graphical package support in Python backend. On this moment supports matplotlib, seaborn, pylab, plot.ly, ggplot.
  - Add new signal "expressionFinished", which Cantor::Expression will emit, when goes to Done, Error or Interrupt states
  - Some minor code style cleanup with spaces and tabs
  - Minor documentation adding

Add new signal 'expressionFinished', which emmited, then the expression got to one of end state - Done, Error or Interrupt
