fix some bugs in index propagation in complex cases, and clean a bit the code

+ make a function for disableToolDelete called when clicking
on a list item or selecting a terminal point

repare broken bulb and led by clicking on it if it's not connected in a circuit
+ disable toolDelete on terminalPointSelected
+ some cleaning

simulate a Red LED component with a combination of Diode, Resistor and Voltage Source in series

fix an issue that happened when removing a wire from a connection point connected to several others

-always set resistance to minimum 0.001 for components with no resistance
-always call restartTimer instead of directly createNetlist
-properly initialize switch2 state

-use a timer to avoid too many netlist creations
-never set the resistance to exactly 0, as else cktsim adds an entry in currentResults
-undo previous commit

always add the battery at the beginning of the netlist
this seems to fix the issue happening when adding the rheostat first,
though more tests are needed to make sure it's good

still a bug to fix, when adding the component first...
and need to add label

show results on components, and properly reset connections on wire remove.
It's working, yeaaaah! :-D
