It was broken, in the old version there was a second pieces set that is not worth importing.

When Wt is build on a distro it points the the system libicu that we have to package.

The libicu was hardcoded, this patch does a glob to pick the right one coming with Qt5

The plane disapearance was triggering a loose and reseting the braille char
for no good reason.

This make the sound work again with the Qt5.6 setSource workaround

Passing GCAudio in setSource() crashes. We pass it in loadActivity instead.

The audio effects on the spaceship was not played.
Changed babymatch code to use the board's soundFile.
Changed babymatch to pass it as an effect and not a voice.
Changed babymatch to have a default small effect when no soundFile
is provided.

There is a bug in gstreamer that makes wav files to freeze us on Linux.
For now we don't play wav files at all on this platform

We should restict audioEffects to non important audio effects. Here the
animal voices are integral part of the game.

Wav files are mandatory for low latency effects, this is not the use
case here and by the way we save 3MB.
