- KDialogBase -> KDialog (it's quite fine for our needs)
- make the KGeo import filter work again
- make the Image exporter work again (after the recent changes to KImageIO)
- KURL -> KUrl
- no need anymore for KTextEdit to show rich text in the coords mode of
  KigInputDialog
- make the CoordinateValidator work again (tested only with cartesian coords,
  but should work also with polar ones)
- some other minor changes
