configure SEPMultistarOptions correctly

- added saving of guider binning and guider fits filter settings (with
respect to the existence of a possible cam guider header)
- added saving of solver camera gain
- corrected checkboxconfig of autostar and subframe for 'SEPMultistar'
mode in guide tab of EKOS (SEPMultistar always uses autostar and does
not subframe)
