Add ability to switch DSLR formats which is set to FITS by default but can be set to native. In Focus, Guide, and Align module, it is always set to FITS

+ Fix issues with setting FITS dir
+ Fix issue with Preview tab title being hidden after a capture when the previous capture is a batch image.
+ Autostretch only runs on FITS_NONE images.
+ Remove useless and broken gamma slider.
+ White space cleanups.

Send target chip info for newImage and do not send guide image to the summary screen. Thanks to Robert for noting this

Remove display FITS option as it was an extra options that made things more complex and was not useful. FITS is always displayed now in the FITS viewer. Add preliminary work for flat field options

Automatically switch to client mode in focus and astrometry even if current mode is local. Switch back to local after the operations are complete

More API documentation. The OAL classes and namespace was not documented so I added my own documentation stub, but Praksh or anyone familiar with it should expand it to include thorough documentation of the classes.
I reworked How it works a bit in the main API page so please take a look at it a bit to see if it needs further data.

Impoving efficiency of contrast stretch. Renaming FITSImage to FITSData since it only deals with the data.

Support Ekos sequence naming pattern for files other than FITS, try to convert CR2 files if possible
