Using kstars.qrc resource file to store important icons, ui, and KNewStuff3 files. In case the icon is not available in the current theme, we fall back to the icons inside the QRC file. All previous icons are deleted.

Use only one kstarsui.rc file to create GUI. Add FIXME for devices menu showing up even when INDI is not detected

Added KSPaths - wrapper for QStandardPaths. It provides support for platform-specific paths on Android. Changed QStandardPaths::DataLocation with QStandardPaths::GenericDataLocation for use on Windows

Depending on platform, the POSIX and Qt5 client libraries may or may not be available. If Any of them is available, we set INDI_FOUND to true except under Windows where we can not use the POSIX client library

- This commit aims to fix (ONLY) the indentation of these files, making them more readable
- It is now using a fixed number of spaces (4) to indent everything

Remove Device Manager from toolbar as it might cause confusion for new users looking for Ekos. Remove INDI and Windows KStars UI files as using one file is sufficient
