Capture target job specific

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:feature_target_job_specific into master

Capture target is made sequence job specific again.

With this change, the double implementation of reading sequence jobs from XML is merged, now SequenceJob holds the only implementation.

Additionally, reading the XML representation of calibration options is made backward compatible after recent changes. This includes a bug fix to the calibration options dialog.

And finally, several test cases have been adapted to reflect the changes.
