Bug fix for unknown camera temperature, gain or offset

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:bugfix_placeholder_unknown_values into master

Placeholder replacement for temperature does not work properly it the target temperature is not set. This change fixes it.
