Refactor scheduler a little

Hy Murveit requested to merge murveit/kstars:scheduler65 into master

Should not have any changes in functionality, other than bugfix in shouldSchedulerSleep(). In that method, editing a scheduler job when the scheduler is running could cause an issue.
