Add option to render image overlays below catalogs.

Hy Murveit requested to merge murveit/kstars:imageoverlay8 into master

Adds a checkbox in the image overlay settings page (default unchecked) that when checked renders the overlay underneath stars and DSOs, extending the work @asimha contributed.
