Focus Advisor Phase 3

John Evans requested to merge johnevans/kstars:focusadvisor3 into master

Changes to Focus Advisor to:

  1. Default Focuser Simulator params better.
  2. For new Optical Trains with the same focuser and scope type, parameters are now defaulted from the existing parameters (step size is scaled from the existing parameters).
  3. For new Optical Trains not matching focuser and scope type, Focus Advisor will default parameters.
  4. Fixed a small bug where capture.cpp and scheduler.cpp were logging some settings issues into the focus log (rather than capture / scheduler log).
