Use binning values for correct frame with calculation

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:bugfix_alignment_check_use_binning into master

Capture sets the frame dimensions based on 1x1 binning. The stellar solver needs the correct dimensions taking the binning into account.
