PAA UI: Fix wording. Speedup drawing of circle.

Hy Murveit requested to merge murveit/kstars:paa-v2-ui2 into master

Small fixes to the recent MR for the polar alignment UI. 1- Fix wording on the refresh page 2- Fixed minor issue, forgot to call up updateFrame() in setStarCircle(), so circle drawing was delayed until the next iteration.
