Timer based update of mount coordinates

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:bugfix_no_mf_update into master

Since we cannot rely upon the INDI mount driver regularly sending the current coordinates, we introduce a new timer that starts as soon as the first coordinate has been received.
