Move to trash by default when deleting frames

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:feature_delete_to_trash into master

With this change, deleting frames moves them by default to the system trash can with the option, deleting them immediately (as it was the case before this change).

The message box contains an additional check box for the choice between trash can or immediate delete:
