Invalid number of columns while importing a file

Steps to reproduce
- Try to import the attached file: data.csv
Expected
LabPlot should detect the number of columns and imports "nan" values.
Observed
LabPlot shows the warning "Invalid number of data columns". This also affects importing Live Data.
