labplot 2.10 issues in NEON packaging

hi. we've been wrestling with the new 2.10 release and we newly packaged fastfloat, dbc-parser-cpp and vector-blf. dbc and vector are git master plus their corresponding extra commits from murmele's gitub forks. their is a compilation error from "DBCParser.cpp:64:68: error: ‘const struct libdbc::Message’ has no member named ‘getSignals’; did you mean ‘signals’?" this is presumably because the fork that you FetchContent_Declare import from git is 68 commits behind LinuxDevon:master. DBC master is gearing up for a release.
