Wrong positioning of the legend in an older project

Requirements

• I searched through the issues if the issue already exists

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the project admin/themes_preview_pixmaps.lml
2. navigate to the worksheet/plot

Expected

1. the position of the legend should be in the upper right part of the plot as for all other preview screenshots done earlier in data/themes/screenshots/

Observed

1. the position of the legend is in the lower part of the plot which is wrong:
