Option to Filter out Axis Labels

Description

When using a custom column as tick position it can easily happen, that the number of ticks get too large. If for the labels also a custom column is used, labplot lacks a lot. Adding a filter option to select how many ticks shall be used (Reusing spacing, number of ticks spinboxes).
