Locking curve blocks plot contextmenu

Requirements

  • I searched through the issues if the issue already exists

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create plot with curve
  2. lock curve
  3. click somewhere in the plot (but not on a curve) and do right click

Expected

Plot context menu opens

Observed

No context menu opens
