When curve locked, unable to open context menu of the plot

Requirements

  • I searched through the issues if the issue already exists

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create Plot with curve
  2. Lock the curve
  3. Right click on the curve or also just somewhere in the plot

Expected

The context menu of the plot will be opened

Observed

No context menu will be opened
