Latest version of the osm-simplify tool. Added TinyPlanetProcessor class, which cuts to tiles .osm files.

Note that QPolygonF and GeoDataLineString etc are all implicitly shared,
so the copy returned by the methods has no negative performance impact.

Updated the osm-simplify tool to work on the coastline shapefile provided by the openstreetmap database.

Summary: The shapefile can be found at: http://openstreetmapdata.com/data/land-polygons

Test Plan: Still has some issues, like some polygons are rendered as linestrings inside Marble.

  This makes all polygons and polylines half transparent to
  allow for better render introspection.

- Display text ids on release only.

  The initial nodes in a polygon are displayed green.
  Regular polygon nodes are drawn red and the last
  nodes in a polygon/polyline are rendered blue.
  Each node gets an index number per polygon.
  Nodes are displayed halftransparent to allow for
  tracking overdrawn nodes.

Resolve conflict in ClipPainter class: avoid shadowing the setClipping()/hasClipping() method.

Moves files and directories:
1) src/lib => src/lib/marble
2) src/*marble-qt related* => src/apps/marble-qt
   src/*marble (KDE) related* => src/apps/marble-kde
   src/qt-components/marble-touch => src/apps/marble-touch

1) is a preparation to align the structure of installed headers with
the structure of the library sources, so that we can build tools and
examples in the same go and detect API changes early.
2) results in a much more tidy src/ and more intuitive location of the
sources of the respective applications.
