This will avoid unnecessary harddisk write instructions for copies
when they aren't necessary (whenever unique frames only sequence is
wanted and there's no intention to encode a video sequence.)

Also fixes a HDR setting bug where image sequence HDR settings would
improperly carry over the state from the last render.
