This fixes a problem of the Qt SVG renderer mis-rendering it with the
wrong color. Also we try to keep our icons scoured anyway, so that
needed to happen regardless.

For consistency with frameworks/plasma-framework!40, I've changed the opacity of faded sound waves to 35%. I also made the sound waves of the mute icon faded so that they wouldn't suddenly jump up to opaque when you lower the volume to 0%.

I originally thought they should be different to show a difference between the device being off and the device being muted, but I'm not sure that's really needed and I like the off icon more.

This make cmake -E copy_directory stumble

An icon to enable snapping at certain angles.

This adds an icon document-replace in 16px, 22px, and 32px size,
which can be used for the overwrite confirmation box of the Save As dialog.

It makes the icon look broken when the background isn't white or very
light.

KOrganizer uses these icons, which are missing from Breeze.  In Oxygen,
they are implemented as symbolic links to "view-refresh".  This patch
takes the same approach.
