Add info(-symbolic) icon symlinks
The icon name info-symbolic is used by some GNOME/GTK apps for info buttons, including in my own app. I thought it might be better to add a symlink in breeze-icons rather than switching icon names in my app to something like documentinfo-symbolic for Breeze icon theme specifically.
