new telegram-panel icons

Since Telegram Desktop 2.5.8 (telegram-desktop@2fe2105), if telegram-{,mute-,attention}panel icons were present, Telegram won't generate Pixmap, but send proper IconName to StatusNotifierItem for it's tray icon, which means we can finally have telegram tray icons to follow system color scheme by default!
