Krita's API documentation is not available anymore.

A lot of people relied on the libkis api on api.kde.org, linked from https://docs.krita.org/en/user_manual/python_scripting/introduction_to_python_scripting.html#krita-s-api. We're getting complaints several times a week that the scripting api documentation is down.
