Some files are under LGPL v2 (without an option for any later version),
so include the full LGPL v2. I used the version in kdelibs/licenses
however, not the version attached to the review request, as our copy has
been updated to reflect the FSF's preferred wording (Lesser vs. Library,
etc.)

COPYING-CMAKE-SCRIPTS is also added for FindFAM.cmake, and other CMake
scripts that might follow without including their own license info.
