[KFilePlacesModel] Show AFC (Apple File Conduit) devices

Similar to how it's done with MTP

Unfortunately, while Dolphin uses KFilePlacesModel these days, it still has special treatment for URLs, so when mixing this with older Dolphin, you'd get a device which would be opened as MTP :/
