We cannot directly call finish from notify.

The notification only gets a proper id after notify has finished and we
need a proper id for correctly dereferencing the notification.

They are the same on Linux (but DataLocation is deprecated). On Windows this enables the use of the roaming path.

In case the notification server sends invalid actions don't forward them to the application.

For example LXDE sends ActionInvoked for the default action even when no default action has been declared.

Android Gradle 4.0.0+ requires Gradle 6.1.1+

- drop excess space in cmake example
- use title capitalization for Name field examples
- use sentence capitalization for Comment field examples
- fix the documentatin on how Name and Comment are used WRT to the KCM
(which does in fact prefer name over comment)
- explicitly point at the HIG to maybe get lucky and have people use
correct capitalization

Summary:
SnoreToast fails to build on MSYS2 due to missing
which apparently is not available for this compiler.

This patch changes dependency on SnoreToast from required to optional.
As a result, it allows to actually build KNotifications on MSYS2.

Test Plan: Built application on Windows, which links to KNotifications.
