In C++20 there are new classes that have member functions named emit().

Since the object ownership for PackageStructure does not quite match
what is generally applied (in an unwritten way, though perhaps we should
consider documenting this as an intention), this patch adds
documentation to explain that the ownership of PackageStructure
instances returned by PackageLoader are retained by that class, and that
they should never be deleted by others.

We may wish to eventually refactor this to return a reference to the
structure instead of a pointer (to make this behaviour self-documenting)

There is no "theme" subdir in kpackage/autotests/data/testpackage/contents/

This change is breaking build for applications that require kpackage
but have no direct dependency on ECM. (eg: ikona)

The whole concept is almost unused. Here it's unused and in a test thing.

This warning is not very informative during normal usage and causes a
lot of log spam when attempting to parse console logs. Let's make it a
qdebug only thing, not a warning.

Implemented new notification for package update.
Set package path, so that install notification can read metadata and
work correctly.

In case of conflict in i18n, keep the version of the branch "ours"
To resolve a particular conflict, "git checkout --ours path/to/file.desktop"

Rob gave permission to this relicensing in private mail.
All other copyright holders gave the relicensing persmission due
to relicensecheck.pl.
