Remove service type handling when building offer database

Nicolas Fella requested to merge work/nico/no-kservicetype into master

KServiceTypeTrader is gone and with it the general concept of service types.

Remove the handling of service types when building the offer map and only keep the handling for mimetypes as well as the special "Application" type (needed for KApplicationTrader)
