[Vimode] Do not skip folded range when the motion lands inside

Jan Paul Batrina requested to merge jbatrina/ktexteditor:vimode-find-folded into master

This is a more generalized version of dd7fd88e.

The interactions between folded ranges and motions/commands is still not exactly similar to vim's, but at least motions won't jump to incorrect places.
