Use ellipsis character instead of three dots in UI strings

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/ellipsis into master

Also add any missing UI marker while changing the string.

Part of unorganized MRs to have KF consistently adapt the new screen-reader-support motivated notation.

Left a few ones for the screenshot feature, which might see separate discussion
