ADD: wh (watthour) energy conversion

Note: @teams/usability this is my first merge request for an open source project. (But I am a professional Android developer though)

As a user of KRunner, I wanted to convert kilowatt-hour to watt by dividing it by an unit of time but I noticed that this unit was missing.

I modified the autotest on my own private branch to see if my code worked.
